Toward south and the block’s southwestern corner, the homes range in size from 2 to 3 rooms. Toward west and the block’s corner facing the street Gadelandet, the homes range in size from 2 to 5 rooms, and these homes are accessed from the street.

The homes are light and well laid out with entrance hall, bedrooms, bathroom, and a combined kitchen and living room. The slightly smaller homes in the middle (midt for) have an entryway as part of the living room area. The wooden floors are made of ash wood and have been varnished with clear floor lacquer, and the walls are white.

The kitchen is white with a white countertop and upper cabinets. The kitchen has a fridge freezer as well as glass ceramic hobs, a cooker hood, and a built-in oven. The dishwasher is 60 centimetres wide (in a few homes the dishwasher measures 45 cm).

The bathroom is well laid out with a wall mounted toilet, shower with a glass wall, and a white bathroom unit with a sink and storage. The washer and dryer are placed on top of each other in a nook by the door.

The top homes – the ones right under the roof – have a bit extra charm, as the outer wall is partially sloped. Some of the homes facing Gadelandet have noise-reducing windows and a narrow shutter/hatch next to the window, so that it is possible to air out the flat without noise from the street. Whether the flat has this or not can be seen on the individual flat’s floor plan.

The homes located on the 1st floor to the 5th floor have a large balcony with metal railing. The homes on the ground floor have access to a terrace surrounded by low plantation.

All homes have their own storage room in the basement, which, among other things, contains parking spaces and bicycle parking. At the corner facing the street Gadelandet, there’s a nicely located common room on the ground floor. It is light and has a high ceiling. The stairwells start at the ground. This means they are flush against the courtyard, which provides easy access for disabled persons.

Advantageously, these homes can be used as shared housing.
