Terraced houses

In the middle of the green area located alongside the central walkway you find the terraced houses. These buildings consist of 12 homes on the ground floor as well as 12 two-storey homes that span from the 1st to the 2nd floor.

The homes on the ground floor can be accessed from the central walkway. These homes have a separate entrance hall, bedroom, and bathroom on one side and a combined kitchen and living room. The homes have their own terrace facing the green area.

The upper homes – that span two storeys – have access from the central walkway via an outdoor staircase that is shared with the home next door. The homes have an entrance hall with a stairwell, a combined storage and utility room, a big light living room, a combined kitchen and living room with a view of the green area outside, and a balcony. On top of the stairwell there’s a big landing with access to a large bedroom and two children’s rooms. The floors are made of ash wood and have been varnished with clear floor lacquer. The walls are white.

All 24 homes contain the following:

The kitchen is white with a white countertop and upper cabinets, fridge freezer, glass ceramic hobs, a cooker hood, and a built-in oven. The dishwasher is 60 centimetres wide (in a few of the homes, the dishwasher only measures 45 cm).

The bathroom is well laid out with a wall mounted toilet, a shower with a glass wall, and a white bathroom unit with a sink and storage. The washer and dryer are placed on top of each other in a nook by the door.

All homes have their own storage room located in a basement below one of the other buildings in the area. The basement furthermore contains parking spaces and bicycle parking. There is no basement under the terraced houses.

At the corner facing the street Gadelandet, there’s a nicely located common room on the ground floor. It is light and has a high ceiling.

Advantageously, these homes can be used as shared housing.
