Energy label A The homes have the energy label A 2015 and are thus low-energy homes. Energy label A 2015 means that the homes meet the requirements in force in the Building Regulations 2015. Energy label A 2015 is the second best in the scale of energy labels. DGNB-gold certification In addition to the energy label, the property will receive the leading sustainability scheme in construction; DGNB gold. The quality seal means that the environment, economy and social conditions within sustainability are equally weighted. This means, for example, that it is built with carefully selected low-maintenance materials, technical installations have low power consumption, and the homes are designed so that residents can comply with waste sorting, a good cycling culture, etc. The certification process is expected to be in place by the end of 2024.’ .

Deposit consists of 3 months’ rent + 1 month’s prepaid rent. The entire deposit is paid upon signature.

No, there is no washing machine and dryer in the Micro Living homes. You can instead use the shared laundry room (for a fee), which is located on the ground floor.

Yes, the apartments and terraced houses may be rented as shared housing. As long as you comply with the rules for the number of residents in the housing.

A separate pet permit is required to keep a pet in the homes on Kobbelvænget.

Public transport

Bus 5C and 350S run on Frederikssundsvej. 5C runs between Herlev Hospital and Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup), while 350S runs between Ballerup St. and Nørreport St.

S-train station Husum is located approx. 1 km from the homes. Lines C (Frederikssund St. – Klampenborg St.) and H (Ballerup St. – Østerport St.) run from here.

Bicycle and car

It is 8 km / 24 minutes to Nørreport St. on a bicycle.

There is 2.1 km / 5 minutes to the motorway (both Hillerød Motorway and Motorring 3).

There is a parking garage under the courtyard between the apartments and the townhouses with a drive down from Gadelandet.

You can rent a parking space in the basement as a part-time subscription, where you can park your car between 17.00-8.00 on weekdays and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Alternatively, you can buy a full-time subscription, where you can park all days of the week around the clock.

Prices for parking in the car park basement:
Part-time parking DKK 600 per month
Full-time parking DKK 800 per month

Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge electric/hybrid cars at the moment.

There are both schools and institutions in the immediate area. We refer to the Copenhagen Municipality website https://www.kk.dk/pasning

Within walking distance you will find Lidl on Kobbelvænget and Føtex on Frederikssundsvej. In the immediate area, Rema 1000 and Netto are also a little further away.
