Micro living

Our micro-living homes are located right by the street Kobbelvænget. Micro-living is the most sustainable way of living, and these homes are optimal for everyone from young people and students to singles, couples, and senior citizens.

The building mainly encompasses one-room flats. On the top floor there are three larger two-room flats. A few handicap-friendly flats are distributed on the various floors. The flats right under the roof have extra charm, as they have a partially sloped wall.

The homes are light and have a good layout with a smaller kitchen combined with a living room as well as a square bathroom. The floor materials are warm grey linoleum, and the walls are white.

The kitchen is white with a dark countertop, and there’s a fridge with an integrated freezer. The kitchen also boasts 2 glass ceramic hobs and a cooker hood. The micro-living homes are without dishwasher and oven.

The bathroom is well laid out with a wall mounted toilet, shower and a white bathroom unit with a sink. The tiles measure 20×20 cm and are a shade of warm grey.

The homes facing the street have a narrow noise-reducing shutter/hatch next to the window, so that you can air out your flat without noise from the street. Most of the homes have a French balcony (a large floor-to-ceiling window that can be fully opened), and most of the homes on the ground floor facing the courtyard have a terrace.

All homes have access to a common room facing the street and a large light laundromat – both are on the ground floor. All homes have their own storage room in the basement. Bicycle parking is located outside and in a locked room in the basement. The stairwells are situated facing the courtyard, and the stairwells benefit from daylight on all floors.
